The office is located in the Triangle Medical Plaza building on the corner of Linden and Wilshire Blvd.

​

The building has a North Tower (Linden Drive) and a South Tower (The corner of Linden and Wilshire Blvd).  My office is located in the North Tower building marked 462 on the front. Take the elevator to the fourth floor and exit right. Suite 443 will be down the hall.

 

Parking:

 

There is some metered street parking on Linden as well as metered parking one block over on Roxbury Drive.

 

There is a meter lot on Little Santa Monica Blvd behind the small shops located along the street. Access if from Santa Monica Blvd turning south on to Bedford. Driveway entrance will be on your right.

 

There is also valet parking behind the building. The access to the valet lot is through the alley off of Wilshire Blvd between Linden Drive and Roxbury Drive. The office does not validate parking. Additionally, there is underground valet access on Linden. It is a left turn under the building.

Additional Information:

 

-When you arrive please flip on the light switch illuminating my call light to red “on”

You may then be seated and I will come to the waiting area.

 

-Restroom keys are located in my waiting room. The restrooms are down the hall near the elevators.

 

-Please allow some extra time for your first visit to find access to park and access the building.
